Season: Fall

I have been complaining all summer about sweating. Heat is my least favorite thing. I love layers, snow, and pumpkin chais. These three things just go better with fall and winter. As September approaches I can’t help but think of the word, ‘season.’ Don’t you just love that term being used and don’t you just love to use it in your own life? “This is just a season.” “I’m in this season of..” Let me inform all Christianese users, you will always be in some sort of season. So it’s not just a season, it’s a life, it’s a church, it’s a family, it’s friends in there. What we’re considering a season of our life as just temporary, is someone else’s call on their life. Do not devalue their call by just passing by with your life’s “season.”

Are you going to endure it or are you going to own it?
