Favorite Things // 7

Alright so I missed last Thursday to update about something else. Now we’re back on track!

1. Iced Coffee. I don’t like hot drinks all too much. Iced coffee has just been easy this week.

2. French Onion Soup. Jared made a huge pot of this last week and I didn’t realize how easy it was! So I made a pot of it this week. Needless to say, I’ve been eating a lot of french onion soup.

3. Crunch Master Multi Seed Crackers. We went to a dip party on Sunday and I bought these crackers for one of the dips. I love these little guys they are so yummy. They are a little pricey for what they are but when they are on sale, we stock up.

4. Rosemary. It goes such a long way. I bought it to put in my soup and I’ve been adding it to other things just so it doesn’t go to waste.

What about you guys!

The best French onion soup I have ever had was in a small roadside town in Quebec, Canada. The broth was creamy and savory. The bread was delightful and loafy, and the cheese was milky but sharp. This was the moment when I started to consider ordering French onion soup whenever I go to restaurants, but none have really come close to this place I experienced it at.

    • Do you know what the place was called? It sounds uh-mazing. I guess if I’m ever in Canada I need to get there! French onion is tricky too. It’s so simple yet places can really botch it up.
