Tried out a new place today! AND LOVED IT! Bagel Love located off on Herschel in the Avondale area of Jacksonville. I passed by it the other day and thought how I’d love to go there and then saw someone post a picture of a bagel from there. I knew that had to mean I was destined to go there 😉 So Lizzie and I had a lunch date at Bagel Love. We came in a little bit later in the day so their bagels weren’t as stocked up as they would be in the morning. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and so helpful. If you read any of my previous posts you know how much customer service means to me. You can have the best food in the world but if you act like I am a bother, I won’t return. That is not the case at Bagel Love. Can you believe it’s only been there since March! They’re doing so well for being so new! They have a wide selection of home made cream cheeses and bagels. Their bagels are not made fresh on site but come half baked to them and they boil them there. Even though they are not made on site by them, they are baked fresh daily. I will be returning!
I really enjoy their logo. Simply clever.
Lizzie and I both ordered the build your own sandwich. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of hers. Want to know what I built? Garlic Bagel with Turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, asparagus, banana peppers, and their home made scallion cream cheese. All warmed up and toasted.. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Very very delicious!
